What is your turnaround time?

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days from the time you place your order. Once shipped, orders typically take 2-5 days to arrive via USPS.

Can my order be rushed?

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Please email us at sales@shophazelindigo.com if there is anything you would like us to custom design for you!

How do I check my order status?

Just log into your account in the main menu to check your order status. You will also receive an email with the tracking number.

Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order. Unfortunately these may go to your junk or spam folder. Be sure to add sales@shophazelindigo.com to your safe senders list to avoid this.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not shipped we can assist you with changes or cancellation. Please email us at sales@shophazelindigo.com. We will only respond to emails during business hours M-F.
